Prices are based on the requirement of the client, therefore we cant quote you for the work until we know how best to help you,
all prices quoted are guaranteed to be lower than those from Companies offering similar products and services.
Prices for the Public courses are fixed and will be sent to you within an hour of request.
All of our public courses are based near routes of public transport
Each delegate will be given contact details for our enquiries email address, they can use this to ask any questions they like
relevant to the course they have taken. We do ask for a fair usage of this facility and if the questions are complex and need
research we would ask for a more formal structure to the communications.
Providing the course is given on-site we can allow the client to 'cherry pick' the topics to be covered,
this has to be agreed before the course is booked so that we can reduce the number of days charged for etc
All courses unless pre-agreed begin at 9am, courses on-site can be scheduled to begin at a time convenient for the delegates
Provided the delegates can speak English we can teach you, if the coursework needs to be in a language different than
English then an additional translation charge will apply.
We have a Company policy not to pester anyone who has made an enquiry about our Courses or Consultancy
We tend to invoice against a Purchase Order, personal cheques are accepted and we can make arrangements to accept payment with
PayPal with a small handling charge.
All of our courses are created in-house, the Consultants who present the courses are those who wrote them in the first place.
Vat is charged on all work that we undertake, however, if you can prove you are vat registered in a non-UK country then
we are able to remove the vat charge from our charges under a reciprocal EU agreement.
All of our quotations are sent with a booking form, complete this and either fax, email or post it to us,
we will then confirm the booking and take over from there.
Our public courses have dates for three fixed periods in time, if the dates are unsuitable we may be able to offer
on-site training, please contact us to find out more.
Our quotations are valid for three months and would only change during that period if the vat rate changes.
Certainly we can prepare as many scenarios you require.
Yes, no problem.
In some circumstances we can offer weekend and evening training.
Not if a course has had bookings made for it, unlike some Companies we will continue with our commitment even if the Course is not
fully attended. Courses with no bookings will obviously not take place !
We aim to send out quotations within two hours, however at very busy times our Sales staff will advise you if this will be a little longer.
All email requests will be acknowledged within two hours.
On Site Training
All we basically need is a room with sufficient tables and chairs for the delegates and the Consultant,
we bring all other necessary equipment including Database, machines and manuals.
We suggest that no more than eight people attend a course at one time, however if a Company requests it we will train up to twelve delegates a course.
Generally one of the advantages of on-site training is that delegates can return to their desks to check emails etc,
we can arrange for sandwiches to be delivered to the site but this will be in addition to the quoted costs.
No our quotation will include all expenses we incur in performing the course,
there will be no added charges other than Vat at the current rate.
On-site courses can commence and finish at times agreed with Client.
We do not use your machines, our Consultant will arrive at your site with sufficient machines for all
Delegates to have one each. Using your machines for the training would be a logistical nightmare not to mention the security implications.
At a time mutually suitable for us and you, we generally need a three to four week booking notice,
you will need to discuss dates with your delegates and ourselves.
Our Consultants take a maximum of 40 minutes to set up the entire classroom provided they don't need to move furniture etc
Consultancy
Consultancy charges vary according to the amount of work required and what the work entails, if the Consultancy can be performed in
our offices our rates will be lower, we will provide a quotation following our preliminary meeting.
Regardless of whether it is performed via a conference call or us visiting you we will not charge you for the time etc
Then we will only charge you for the few hours and if we can perform the Consultancy via a conference call it will be at a reasonable rate

The brochure is over 500 pages long, its probably better to contact us and we will post you a copy.
