Synopsis for Java 12 Swing with Eclipse 2019-03 training course
Once you have learned to program in Java, the programming world is your oyster, you can go down many different paths in your quest to make a difference in the IT world, maybe networking, perhaps App programming,
even programming domestic white goods to work properly. Another avenue is building GUI front ends, this is where this course comes in; Java Swing is a built in toolkit in Java Developer Kit which can be used by a Developer to
build professional, industry standard front ends.
To get yourself on this course we would expect you to have either been on our Java Programming course or you have a fair length of time programming in Java, you cannot pick Java up by attending this course, its
five days duration and it is written for delegates experienced in Java, it dives straight in talking about Oops architecture and classes etc.
This particular course is a slightly older version of the current course, the current version is available as both an onsite at your venue course and at a number of public venues throughout the UK and Ireland a number of
times of the year. This course can only be given at your premises, our premises or at a convenient place close to your Offices.
We recommend that this course is used with the Eclipse software, it can be performed without but why not take advantage of Eclipse's superior error checking and handling, it also makes a pretty good code editor. If you have
Java programming experience but no Eclipse and you want to come on this course, that’s not a problem, our Consultant will help you get to grips with Eclipse. It’s a windows environment and while it's undoubtedly a programming
tool you should get to grips with it fairly easily – any problems ask our Consultant.
Throughout the booking process right up to the day the course begins we communicate clearly with you regarding times we are turning up, the name of the Consultant visiting you and of course our expectations regarding the training room.
When we perform onsite training we have few requirements, enough tables and chairs for the Delegate machines, we don’t need any access to your Network, we would like, but not totally necessary, to use your whiteboards or flipcharts
and we'd like some water from our Consultant … they will be on their feet a lot, doing a lot of demonstrations, explaining techniques and we wouldn’t want them to lose their voice halfway through the course.
When you make an enquiry about any of our courses we can give you a number of different scenarios if you are uncertain how many will be attending and where the course will take place, our pricing is the same regardless of
the location but we can arrange conference centres for your staff if you haven’t the room at your premises.
All of our quotes are valid for six months and we can react quickly if you have to have the training on particular dates, talk to our training consultants, email them your enquiry and they will get back to you in a maximum of 2
hours during a working day.
